The Registrar at National Day Calendar approved National Cucumber Salad Day in 2026 to be celebrated each year on July 8. National Cucumber Salad Day was created in honor of Logan Moffitt, aka the “Cucumber King,” on the date he made his very first cucumber salad on July 8, 2024.
